General Usage

All official artwork is created by Inkorii. If official art is used, Inkorii must be credited.

When using the voice or character, the character's name must be credited.

Commercial works are prohibited without permission from Inkorii.

Using a voicebank/character to promote propaganda, hate speech, misinformation, or religious agendas is prohibited.

Users cannot use voicebank/character to defame, shame, or slander real individuals or groups.

Doujin works are prohibited without permission from Inkorii.

Creation of derivatives or "pitchloids" is prohibited unless the user has permission from Inkorii.

Talkloids are permitted.

Mild gore/horror works are permitted.

 

Software Usage

Redistribution of voicebank is prohibited unless the official download site has become temporarily unavailable. Note that if the site is taken down by Inkorii, the voicebank is no longer available for use.

Redistribution of modified voicebanks is prohibited, however, if the user has changed .frq files or altered the OTO.ini, those can be shared individually.

Modifying .wav files is prohibited.

Redistribution of .wav files is prohibited.

R18 works of graphic detail are strictly forbidden, however, content that alludes to but doesn't describe is permitted.

(Ex. Gomenne Gomenne and Gigantic OTN cannot be covered, but The Madness of Duke Venomania and Killer Lady can)

Porting a voicebank into a different program is permitted for personal use only.

(Ex. You may use it for covers, original media, talkloids, etc. but you may not redistribute it.)

Character Usage

R18 works using the character are strictly prohibited.

Altering the race of characters is prohibited.

Fanart is permitted, as long as it is not being sold without permission.

When posting a fanart of a character, please include the character's name.

Creating alternate clothing designs is permitted.

Romantic pairings with humanoid UTAU are permitted.

Romantic pairings with VOCALOID are permitted.

Romantic pairings with other humanoid vocal synths are permitted.

Platonic pairings with other humanoid vocal synths are permitted.
